Port Hedland Game Fishing Club
The Club rooms are located at McKay Street in Port Hedland. Club meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every Month. All members of the public are welcome. Port Hedland lays 1761km from Perth, Western Australia via the North West Coastal Highway or 1600km via the Great Northern Highway. The fishing is excellent from both the shore or from a boat. Available fish species in the Port Hedland area include Barramundi, Barracuda, Bluebone, Cobia, Coral Trout, Chinaman, Queenfish, Spotted Cod, Rankin Cod, Golden Trevally, Giant Trevally, Narrow Barred Spanish Mackeral, Sweetlip, Spangled Emporer, Tuna, Threadfin Salmon, Sailfish and Black Jewfish (Mulloway).
